Our work included restoring advanced office systems, green features, and eco-compliant designs, all while adhering to the building’s BCA GreenMark Platinum certification. By balancing the building’s architectural integrity with the client’s requirements, we ensured a seamless reinstatement process, readying the space for its next chapter.
Scope:
- Ceiling and Lighting:
- Decommissioned advanced lighting systems, including recessed lights and daylight-responsive fixtures.
- Restored ceilings to their original specifications, adhering to Solaris’s climate-responsive design.
- Partitions and Walls:
- Dismantled custom-designed partitions and drywall in line with Solaris’s open-plan, eco-friendly principles.
- Reinstated walls with low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paint to align with the building’s sustainability standards.
- Flooring & Green Features:
Stripped and restored eco-friendly flooring, including bamboo and other sustainable materials.
Reinstated landscaped outdoor areas, including sections of the iconic perimeter landscape ramp and terrace flooring.
