Scope:

• Industrial Unit: Dismantled production equipment, decommissioned specialized electrical systems, and cleared workstations to restore the factory to its original condition.
• Office Space: Removed cubicles and shelving units, patched walls, and restored flooring.
• Entire Facility: Managed the removal of suspended ceilings, lighting fixtures, and wiring to meet lease handover requirements. Repainted walls and ensured fire safety compliance across both office and industrial sections

Outcome:

• Completed the project on schedule, ensuring a smooth transition for the client’s relocation. The restored space was handed over in compliance with the landlord’s specifications, ready for the next tenant.

Eco-Premium Office Reinstatement – Solaris, one-north​

A leading global organization in safety and innovation entrusted us with reinstating their state-of-the-art office space in the award-winning Solaris building at one-north. This project required an exceptional level of care to align with Solaris’s innovative eco-premium standards and high sustainability credentials.

Our work included restoring advanced office systems, green features, and eco-compliant designs, all while adhering to the building’s BCA GreenMark Platinum certification. By balancing the building’s architectural integrity with the client’s requirements, we ensured a seamless reinstatement process, readying the space for its next chapter.

Scope:

• Ceiling and Lighting:
  • Decommissioned advanced lighting systems, including recessed lights and daylight-responsive fixtures.
  • Restored ceilings to their original specifications, adhering to Solaris’s climate-responsive design.
• Partitions and Walls:
  • Dismantled custom-designed partitions and drywall in line with Solaris’s open-plan, eco-friendly principles.
  • Reinstated walls with low-VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) paint to align with the building’s sustainability standards.
• Flooring & Green Features:

  • Stripped and restored eco-friendly flooring, including bamboo and other sustainable materials.

  • Reinstated landscaped outdoor areas, including sections of the iconic perimeter landscape ramp and terrace flooring.

  • Conducted repair work on terrace and rooftop garden zones while preserving their greenery.

• Pantry and Common Areas:

  • Decommissioned customized pantry setups, including energy-efficient appliances.

  • Restored communal spaces, such as sky terraces and the naturally ventilated atrium, to their original state.
